RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Neelo's By Saman Malik we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order. We do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.
There is no return and exchange policy on unstitched collections. All the unstitched related complaints will be catered within 7 working days of receiving the outfits. Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained. Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank transfer may cancel/change within 48 hours of placing the order.
If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality department of the company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback. There is no exchange and returned policy on stitched lawn orders
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note : no refund policy for customized outfit how ever Refunds May Be Allowed In Exceptional Cases. We Will Deduct 10% Payment From Whole Invoice Or Above and Will Send The Remaining Amount Back To You.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
